A Rakuyo @ 50SKL with three 27.2 gems has something like 620 attack rating. It's ridiculous. If you want to make a build especially for the Rakuyo and other SKL weapons I would start as Professional, and go for 50VIT, 25END, 10STR, 50SKL and base BLT + ARC.
